Our history

Food & Moments Group S.L was established on May 25th, 2007 in order to operate Hard Rock Cafe units under a franchise agreement with the International Brand, well known for its excellent reputation, market recognition and a great growth potential.

Our team, professionals with an extensive national and international experience, within the restaurants, hospitality, tourism and retail industries, were instrumental to reach our current presence in the market and the many accomplished targets.

From our headquarters, located in Madrid just a few steps from the centric train station Atocha, we coordinate operations and host the executive team that establish targets and strategies to achieve them.

Currently, we own and operate the following Hard Rock Cafe units, Mallorca, Valencia, Malaga and Rock Shop units of Mallorca City, Mallorca Airport Terminal A and C, Malaga City, Valencia centre and Malaga Airport Terminal 3.

Since day one, our main target is to offer all our guests the true essence of Hard Rock Cafe by strictly follow his high quality standards, that are rigorously and consistently audited by the brand, way to ensure that we provide an authentic Hard Rock experience.

We also provide advisory services to other companies similar to ours, offering our “Know How”, in Spain and the European Union.
